Please be aware that both Combeinteignhead and Stokeinteignhead were targeted in the early hours of Monday 2nd November, by thieves. There were numerous crimes, mainly from vehicles. Please be vigilant and conscious of your security including locking doors, closing windows, locking car doors, garages and sheds, etc. On this occasion, the thieves appear to have been interested in stealing tools, so if you have power tools it is a good idea to take down the details of serial numbers or take photos to help with identification.
If you did notice any vehicles or people acting suspiciously, even in the days running up to the events of earlier today when the thefts may have been planned, please pass the information on to our Community Police Office by emailing: 17015@devonandcornwall.pnn.police.uk.
