Julia has been living in Combeinteignhead since September 2013. As well as being one of the Parish Councillors for the rural ward, she is Vice-Chair of the Hearn Field Committee and webmaster for the Haccombe-with-Combe website.
Julia works at the Met Office in Exeter.
