Haccombe-wth-Combe Parish Council provides a car park in Combeinteignhead, adjacent to the village hall, for the use of residents and visitors to the village. Spaces are limited and so we ask that the following conditions of use are respected and adhered to:
- The car park is for short-term day and overnight parking of light vehicles for residents and visitors only
- No parking is permitted by campervans, motorhomes or caravans
- For the consideration of all users, all vehicles need to be parked within the white lines that demarcate each parking space
- Please do not use this car park if you are attending an event at Combeinteignhead Village Hall. Please use the separate car parking facilities provided by the Village Hall
Any campervans, motorhomes or caravans parked in the car park, or any light vehicle using the car park for continuous long stay parking, will be subject to Section 41 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 whereby the Parish Council can take possession of the vehicle. In such instances, a Notice will be issued and placed on the vehicle requiring the owner to move the vehicle within one calendar month of that Notice.
If you believe you are unable to comply with these conditions, please contact the Clerk of Haccombe-with-Combe Parish Council: email@example.com giving details of your specific circumstances.
