Bob has a long association with Haccombe and Netherton. After many years overseas working in education he returned to the parish in 2010 and now resides in Lower Netherton.
Bob represents the Rural Ward on the Parish Council. He is also the Chairman of the Hearn Field Committee, Councillor Advocate (Police Liaison) and convenes the Parish Council’s Climate and Environmental Group.
